Action safe, Title safe, Center Cut safe zone template
Here is a template for your safe zones. Most NLEs have marks for most of the zones, however I recently noticed that Premiere does not have center cut marks. This is a problem for 16×9 images being broadcasted to a 4×3 tv. If they cut off the sides you need to go by center cut marks. There’s a common misconception that the title safe marks will layout the area for your graphics and text to be included for a 4×3 cut out of the 16×9 image.
